You know that times are getting tough when your roofing contractor threatens to place a lien on your home for long-standing non-payment. Well, this was exactly the situation, just a couple of weeks ago, with one of my coaching clients.
Why Friday the 13th was really a day of good fortune
When I started working with Bill Metcalf, I knew financial times
were tough for him. You see, he had great products that he could sell, but he had to be
in front of groups of the right people to sell them. Every month,
he had to re-generate his revenue stream and if he didn't, he was
in trouble...
...and he got into trouble.
So, on May 4th, I sent Bill an email which included this line:
"For the immediate future, I suggest you build a coaching practice. Done properly, it will give you reliable, sustainable revenue. Then, you can leverage from there."
I then coached him to develop the coaching leg of his business,
using my documented systems, the very ones that I created and used
to jump start my own business. The very ones that participants in

Last Friday, July 13th, Bill officially became a six-figure coach.
What does that mean to be a six-figure coach?
On the surface, that means he has a monthly, recurring revenue stream
of over $8,333. And, as long as he does his job of taking great
care of his clients, this revenue remains reliable and recurrent
(clients are on an extended contract).
